Dalian Jinshi Pump Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the research, development, and application of leak-free drive technologies. The company currently employs over 70 staff members, including technical experts. The General Manager holds an MBA degree and has over 30 years of management experience in the leak-free pump industry, having worked in shielded pump design, quality assurance, maintenance services, production management, and product sales. As a leading figure in the leak-free pump sector, the company boasts two senior engineers and ten intermediate-level engineers. Key technical personnel have years of experience in shielded pump design and R&D, primarily sourced from renowned design and R&D teams within China's leak-free pump industry. Their expertise spans motor design, fluid dynamics, chemical machinery, materials, mechanical manufacturing, instrumentation, and electronics.

While dedicated to researching and assimilating advanced leak-free pump technologies from Europe, the company actively collaborates with leading domestic design institutes in the same industry. It has also signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the School of Electrical Engineering at Shenyang University of Technology. Professor An Yuejun, a German-educated Ph.D. and graduate supervisor, provides technical support for motor design and R&D. Additionally, the company integrates advanced industry concepts and innovative achievements into its product development, offering leak-free, environmentally friendly shielded pumps that comply with international standards such as ISO 2858/EN 22858/ISO 5199, API 610, and API 685.

These products are widely used in petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, textile, refrigeration, and other industries, suitable for transporting high/low-temperature, flammable, explosive, toxic, volatile, and valuable media.
Product Features
1) Introducing advanced European hydraulic technology, featuring high efficiency and excellent cavitation performance;
2) The installation dimensions comply with ISO 2858, allowing interchangeability with many pumps, such as Sulzer, ITT, S, and Hydrotech;
3) The internal components and cavities of the pump are designed to facilitate self-venting. A drainage hole is provided at the bottom of the pump body, allowing complete removal of the medium from the pump chamber. If necessary, the drainage hole can be designed in a flanged connection form;
4) The axial force balance adopts a hydrostatic self-balancing design, which maximizes the service life and operational stability of the bearings while effectively reducing volumetric losses;
5) The sliding bearing adopts high-quality silicon carbide bearings, featuring excellent wear resistance, corrosion resistance, high-temperature resistance, high mechanical strength, and superior self-lubricating properties, with a longer service life compared to graphite bearings;
6) Low operation and maintenance costs: The pump body and impeller are equipped with wear rings, facilitating easy maintenance and replacement, thereby reducing repair expenses;
7) The pump body is entirely supported by OH1 base supports or OH2 center supports;
8) The standard design pressures are 1.6MPa, 2.5MPa, 4.0MPa, and 6.3MPa, while other pressure levels are non-standard designs.
